Working principle:
When the main motor is decelerated by gear, the drive center axis and plum blossom bracket which fixed in the center axis begin rotating. Then grinding rollers rotate around the center axis under the action of centrifugal force, at the same time parallel swing around the arm axis, so that the grinding roller outwardly parallel clamping grinding rings, so as to ensure maximum surface contact of grinding roller and grinding ring. While grinding rolls rotate around the roller shaft, the shovel blade achieve the role of the crushing and grinding the material in the meantime, and the pulverized powder was blown by airflow from the blower onto the analyzer at the top of the host for being sieved. The coarse particle size powder still fall into the host cavity for regrinding, and desired granularity will up into the cyclone collector with the airflow, collected and discharged by a discharge powder tube shall be finished.
