Impact crusher Principle:
Impact crusher is the crushing machinery which uses impact to crush material. When impact crusher running, rotor driven by motor rotates in high speed, material strikes on the plate hammer of rotor to crush when material coming in then plate hammer zone, then material will be thrown to impact device to re-crush, this is a repetition process, raw material will be taken into three different chamber to crush until it become satisfied size. The final products will be discharged from discharge hole. Adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotor is the way to change the final size and products’ shape.
Stone material directly falls onto the rotating turn plate from machinery top.
